How do I log in?

Log in with the same method you used to sign up: email and password, Apple, or Google. If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and we'll send you a reset link. If you signed up with Apple or Google, just tap the corresponding button on the login screen.

How do I add members to my household?

Creating a household and inviting members is an Everkin+ feature. Go to your profile settings and select "Household," then tap "Invite Member" to generate a shareable invite code. Anyone can join your household for free using the code — they'll instantly see all your shared pets and health data.

How does caregiver/pet sitter access work?

Caregiver mode is an Everkin+ feature that lets you grant temporary, limited access to pet sitters, dog walkers, or anyone caring for your pets. Invite a caregiver with a share link, choose what they can see — feeding schedules, medication reminders, emergency contacts — and set an expiration date. You'll get an activity log of everything that happened while you were away.

What can I track for my pet?

The free tier includes core health tracking: weight measurements and trends, medications and dosing schedules, symptoms and severity, bathroom/elimination logs, food and feeding schedules, allergies and medical conditions, and veterinary visits. Everkin+ adds advanced tracking: glucose readings, seizure logs, grooming records, activity tracking, and notes with images.

From the main dashboard, tap the "Add Pet" button. You'll be guided through creating a profile with your pet's name, species, breed, date of birth, and other details. You can also add a photo to personalize their profile.

The health timeline is an Everkin+ feature that gives you a chronological view of all your pet's health events — medications, vet visits, symptoms, weight changes, and more — in a single scrollable feed. Smart insights surface patterns and correlations, helping you share a complete health story with your veterinarian.

Navigate to your pet's profile and tap "Medications." You can add new medications with details like dosage, frequency, and start/end dates. Everkin supports complex dosing schedules for pets on multiple medications.

PDF summaries are an Everkin+ feature. From your pet's profile, tap the export option to generate a one-tap PDF summary. This report includes your pet's key health data, recent events, and medication list — perfect to bring along to a vet appointment.

CSV export is available to all users — go to your pet's profile and look for the export option to download your complete health records. Everkin+ members can also generate formatted PDF summaries for vet visits. You can choose the date range and data types to include.

Yes. You can share a CSV export with your vet anytime via email or AirDrop. Everkin+ members can also generate formatted PDF summaries designed specifically for vet visits. We're working on direct veterinary integrations for even easier sharing in the future.

What happens when my pet passes on?

We understand how difficult this time is. Everkin includes a memorial feature that preserves your pet's complete health history and profile as a lasting tribute. When you mark a pet as having passed, their profile transitions to a memorial view. All of their data is preserved — nothing is deleted. You can continue to view their records, export reports, and revisit their timeline whenever you'd like.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app settings under "Account." After confirming, your personal data and pet data are removed from active systems within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 90 days. You can also email support@everkin.io to request account deletion.

How is my data protected?

How do I export all my data before leaving?
