User Responsibilities

Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your pet's health data. Everkin will never sell your pet's information to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Everkin offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features, pricing, and payment terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions may be managed through the iOS App Store.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everkin and Ghost Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
